Service Agreement - Pretty Porches By Design

The Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the homeowner ("Client") and Pretty Porches By Design ("Service Provider") for the purpose of providing seasonal porch decorating services.

  1. Services Provided
    Service Provider agrees to deliver, install, and style a fall-themed porch setup as selected by the Client. Services include the placement of pumpkins, mums, hay bales, and decorative items in a visually appealing arrangement. The scope of services will be based on the package selected by the Client: Mini Patch, Classic Fall, Deluxe Porch and Grande Porch
  2. Booking and Payment
    Client agrees to select a package and schedule a service date in advance. Payment is due upon confirmation of booking. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Venmo, and credit card. no refunds will be issued once materials are purchased.
  3. Property Access and Safety
    Client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the porch area on the scheduled service date. Client must notify Service Provider of any hazards, restrictions, or pet presence in advance.
  4. Materials and Weather Conditions
    Pretty Porches By Design uses fresh and seasonal decor. Due to natural variations, size , color, and longevity may vary. Service Provider is not responsible for weather-related damage, pests or natural deterioration of organic materials.
  5. Liability and Damages
    Service Provider will exercise reasonable care during installation. However, Service Provider shall not be held liable for damage to property due to pre-existing conditions, environmental factors, or misues of decor by others after setup.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    Client may request to reschedule service with at least 48 hours' notice. In the event of severe weather, Service Provider may reschedule at their discretion. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.
  7. Agreement
    by signing below, both parties agree tot he terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
